No-KYC services that accept Monero.
18 services we audit accept Monero (XMR), led by Mullvad at 9.7/10 - across VPNs, exchanges, casinos and crypto cards. Monero is the one coin that breaks the link between a payment and your identity, so funding in XMR keeps your top-up untraceable even to a chain analyst. But accepting Monero is not the same as being no-KYC, and it does not stop a custodial service from freezing your balance. Every row below shows our KYC level and links to the full, sourced audit.

Every Monero-accepting service we audit.
- MullvadThe account-number VPN. No email, no name — just a random number. VPN 0 9.7
- IVPNAccount-number sign-up, anonymous payments, audited no-logs. VPN 0 9.3
- NymVPNA mixnet, not just a VPN — token login and unlinkable payments. VPN 0 9.2
- AirVPNActivist-run and Monero-friendly, with no personal data required. Strong on anonymity, but never independently audited. VPN 1 8.9
- WindscribeSign up with no email (or nothing at all, via a hash account), pay in Monero. Audited and open-source, but based in Canada and keeps a little metadata. VPN 1 8.5
- BisqA decentralized exchange that is software, not a company. No account, no KYC, funds in 2-of-2 multisig you control. Exchange 0 7.5
- Trocador.appA no-KYC, non-custodial swap aggregator: it routes your trade to the best partner exchange and rates each one’s KYC/AML risk A-D. Trocador never asks for ID - but the partner it routes to still can. Exchange 0 7.4
- SideShift.aiAccount-free, non-custodial swaps from a named founder, with unusual on-chain transparency - but its risk system pauses flagged shifts and its own help center markets "no KYC" while requiring verification to release a flagged refund. Exchange 2 5.3
- LocalCoinSwapA non-custodial P2P marketplace you can trade on with just a username and a wallet - but it reserves the right to demand ID "at its sole discretion," carries a UK FCA warning, and draws recurring surprise-KYC complaints. Exchange 2 4.0
- Goblin CardA physical Mastercard you buy with crypto (Monero included) with no ID - only a shipping address. The strongest no-KYC substance in the category, but an anonymous, sub-1-year, custodial operator whose load flow runs by hand over Telegram - rated UNVERIFIED. Card 1 4.0
- Haveno (RetoSwap network)Monero-native, non-custodial P2P over Tor, with no ID ever. But "Haveno" is a framework: you actually trade on an independent network (mainly RetoSwap) - and that network was exploited twice in 2026. Exchange 0 3.0
- ChangeNOWA no-account instant swap that markets "no KYC" - but its own terms let it freeze your exchange "for any period of time necessary" and demand a government ID whenever a risk engine it will not describe flags your trade. Exchange 2 3.0
- SimpleSwapMarkets "no sign-up needed" - and for a clean swap that is true. But its AML policy reserves KYC "on any transaction" at its discretion, it holds your funds while a swap settles, and independent review sites document a pattern of post-deposit freezes. Exchange 2 3.0
- FixedFloatA no-registration instant swap (including Lightning) that markets "no data required" - but its terms let it freeze "criminal funds," demand ID before refunding, and contractually extend an order by up to two months. Anonymous operator, jurisdiction undisclosed. Exchange 2 3.0
- AnonThe purest no-KYC claim in the category - zero ID, a "we will never introduce KYC" pledge, and it accepts Monero. The catch is in its own FAQ: the balance "cannot be withdrawn as cash or converted back to cryptocurrency." Crypto in, no crypto out. Card 0 3.0
- Trocador Prepaid CardsThe prepaid-card product from Trocador (the no-KYC swap aggregator). No ID document to buy, Monero accepted via AnonPay - but it resells third-party US/EU prepaid cards whose issuer can block a balance and demand ID to unlock it. Card 2 3.0
- BetplayA crypto casino & sportsbook marketed "anonymous, no-KYC" - but ID is demanded on larger withdrawals, and it has a corroborated pattern of blocked accounts and forfeited winnings with "final, no appeal" outcomes and no regulator to escalate to. Casino 3 2.5
- BC.GameA large crypto casino with a serious solvency red flag: in 2024 a Curacao court declared it bankrupt over more than $2.1M in unpaid player claims, then its assets were moved offshore leaving the liabilities behind. Casino 3 2.0

Monero & no-KYC - common questions
Which no-KYC services accept Monero?
We currently audit 18 no-KYC services that accept Monero (XMR) across 4 categories: 5 vpns, 8 exchanges, 2 casinos, 3 cards. Mullvad is the highest-rated at 9.7/10. Each links to a full, sourced audit.
Why pay with Monero instead of Bitcoin?
Bitcoin is a transparent ledger: anyone can trace a payment from an exchange or card back to your other wallets. Monero hides the sender, receiver and amount by default, so the payment cannot be linked to your identity even by a chain analyst. It protects the payment trail - but not a custodial balance, which the service can still freeze.
Does accepting Monero make a service private?
Only at the payment layer. Funding in Monero keeps your top-up untraceable, but if the service is custodial it still holds your balance and can still demand ID or freeze funds under its own terms. We score that reliability separately, so read each dossier before relying on Monero support alone.
Are these services genuinely no-KYC?
They accept Monero, but "accepts Monero" and "no-KYC" are different tests. Some here are genuinely identity-free; others take Monero yet still trigger ID at a threshold or withdrawal. Every row shows our KYC level (0 = guaranteed no-KYC, 4 = mandatory) and links to the sourced audit, so you can check both.
